International maritime organization concerning the marine environment protection committee conferred upon it by internatioinal conventions for the resolution IMO.MEPC.158 (55) adopted on 13th October 2006. The resolution made the fully new explanation referring to requirements of marine sewage treatment in Annex IV of "MARPOL 73/78 international convention for the preventionof pollution from ship". All sewage treatment plants installed on board or after 1st January 2010 should comply with the effluent requirements.
