Air Breathing Apparatus Demand Valve
Medium pressure air is delivered to the air supply valve through the hosepipe connected to the pressure reducing valve. The air supply valve can assure of supplying low pressure air to the mask.
The valve is a positive pressure valve and the air flow is over 300L/min. It consists of high strength reinforced polyamide shell, automatic positive pressure air supply device, and parts of additional air supply and pressure release. There are switches of auto on and breathing control inside the valve. Outside the valve, there are auto positive air supply button, additional air supply and pressure release button, and fast interface double button. When the wearer puts on the mask, the mask is soon connected with the air supply valve though fast interface. Then, auto positive air supply button is pressed by the mask interface, and the air supply is activated automatically, and the air flows into the nose and mouth of the mask for the wearer. When the wear wants to stop using it, he can press the fast interface double button, and pull out the air supply valve, and then the valve is turned off. Only pressing the two buttons at the same time can switch off the air supply valve and the mask.
Additional air supply and pressure release button is a backup security device for the purpose to directly supply air to the mask without turning on the breathing switch. Press the additional air supply and pressure release button, the user can have constant air supply or release the pressure to the system. After that, the user can turn off the bypass-valve. In normal work, there is no need to press the button.
