CZF series marine axial fan is characterized by its extreme compact structure, small size, light weight, less power consumption, smooth and reliable operation, being suitable for reverse operating, and excellent resistance to a certain degree shock and vibration CZF marine axial fan can move the air, the ocean air containing salt fog and a few oil fog. So it can be widely used for ventilation of various cabins on the vessels and other similar spaces.
1.The impeller is made of anti-corrosive casting aluminum alloy, it is aerodynamically shaped and carefully balances to ensure the fan has reliable anti-corrosive property and smooth work.
2.The fan case is being welded by the steel plate with flanges for connection with duct at both sides by bolts, and the surface is fully painted with anti-corrosive painting.
3.The electric motor is installed in the inside of case, the impellers are installed on the shaft of electric motor directly.
4.Taking a front view from the motor side, the impellers are turning clockwise. In practice, it can be turning anti-clockwise too, and under this situation, the flow rate not less than 60% of normal flow rate when turning clockwise.
5.The fan can be matched with marine AC motor of 230V, 440V, 380v, 415v, The frequency can be 50Hz or 60Hz.
