OBS-series small vertical oil-fired boiler is running automatically, this is right for different ship companies, who want ship cabin with no person operating. When the automatic controlling system is wrong and the cool-boiler is started, it can be controlled by hand. The alarm signal-output set connected outside is installed in the boiler control pocket, the same as remote-control emergency cut connection tip.
There is a manhole in the nominal part in this series boiler, convenient for the inspection and maintaining of the boiler's water surface. There are many hand hole underside the boiler, not only for the inside clearing, but also for the connection with exhaust-gas economizer.

HOB-series boiler, with a cylindrical shell, is settled horizontally. it is very suitable for the ship with low height between decks. It owns a wave-shape furnace as its burning room and single-head screw tube as its heating-transferring element, therefore, HOB-series boiler has lighter weight, smaller cubage and higher heat-transferring efficiency, that made it more economical.
The steam of the boiler can warm the host and assisted engine, heat the fuel oil and do something else during daily life. The steam capacity is 0.5t/h~6t/h, the maximal working pressure is 1.25Mpa.

The OBL oil-fired assisted boiler takes use of pin tube in its convective heat-absorbing surface and installs the membrane water-cooled wall as its furnace wall, its steam capacity is 6.0t/h~20t/h. Such series boiler can be used a lot on oil tanker and chemical material ship etc. The steam output is used for the running of the steam turbine and the pump for goods loading and unloading, for heating the goods cabin ,for the places where more steam is needed.
Such series boiler uses pin-tube as the heat-transferring element, compared with other boilers, its heat-transferring elements are reduced a lot, and its cubage is smaller and more intense so that much cabin room area is saved. At the same time, this series boiler has a simple structure , its heat-transferring tubes are arranged parallevelly, as a result, the water circulates well here. The membrane water-cooled wall, whose quality is as good as the host boiler on the ship or the boiler in power plant, in the furnace is extremely firm. While the furnace is sealed off, it is suitable for burning with pressure.
