High Pressure Ship Marine Charged Rubber Dependable Ball :
Marine charged rubber dependable ball without jacket of me belongs to the basic type; normally it is black or can be other color as per customer's demand. To avoid damage by protruding material near the surface, jacket can be provided as per user's need. The jacket has three types.
1.Tyre Network Type
2.Rubber Network Type
3.Cord Network Type
Tyre Network Type: tie several tyres on to the ball, two ends are tied on special flying ring which can turn flexibly. It is suitable for large size dependable ball.
Rubber Network Type: tie special rubber padder onto the ball, it can shrink or stretch freely when squeezing. It is suitable for medium size & small size dependable ball.
Cord Network Type: weave a net cover by nylon rope; tightly tie it on the ball. It is situ for small size dependable ball.
Feature:
1. High energy absorption and low reaction force and surface pressure.
2. No decline in the rate of energy absorption when obliquely compressed, under normal circumstances, and uniform surface pressure for any contact area.
3. Low reaction force to prevent damage from repeated impacts against the hull of ship, quay, jetty or mooring rope.
4. Ability to float and rise and fall with the ebb and flow of tides and the movements of a ship.
5. High standard of uniform quality in compression performance with no deterioration of the rubber.

Application of Pneumatic Rubber Fender:
1.It is installed in the dock or port, it is used when ships berth.
2.It is installed on shipboard, it is used when berthing in the sea.

b.Can be used for carrying goods;
c.Can be used as sealing material of pipes.
