Foam Filled Fender is a kind of constructive fender with polyurea materials as its outer protective layer and EVA foam core forming the resilient inner part.
Our Foam Filled Fenders are constructed of three parts each providing an important function in the construction and lifespan of the fender. The three parts are The closed cell EVA foam. Outer rubber + nylon cord fabrics. Polyurea spraying coat.
The most distinguishing characteristics of Polyurethane Foam Filled Fender
1. Having the capability of floating, not easily influenced by the ebband flow of the tide.
2. Bright colors. Various colors can be offered according to the customers' demands.
3. Compared with inflatable fender, it boasts the characteristics of safety and free maintenance with working life is 10 years at least. No need to inflating, high resistant to scratching.Pricking,friction,sea water,acid and alkali.
4. Solid but light, easy to install and move.
5. When compressed to 60%, it’ s reaction force grows obviously from little to large, and energy absorption is high enough.
