Slip On Flange:

ANSI B16.5 Class 150 LB Slip On Flange :

Class 150 lb Slip On Flange also belong to the flat welding flange,Class 150 lb slip on flange not only saves space, reduces weight, more importantly,to ensure that joints do not leak, has good sealing performance.Because Class 150 lb slip on flange has a short neck,Improve the strength of the slip on flange, the slip on flange bearing strength. So Class 150 lb slip on flange can be used in higher pressure pipeline.

ANSI B16.5 refers to nominal pipe sizes:

from 1/2 inch to 24 inch

Slip-on flange pressure class:

150~2500 for ANSI B 16.5 The maximum pressure depends on the material of the slip on flange and the temperature.Carbon steel forging slip on flange material:

ASTM A105/A105M,ASTM A182/A182M
