Product Description:

SOH flanges are commonly lower in price than weld-neck flanges.The slip-on flange is generally used in the petrochemical industry.When a raised face is necessary for slip on pipe flanges,the standard height is 1/16" for slip on pipe flanges under 400#.For slip on pipe flanges of 400# and up,the standard slip on pipe flange raised face height is 1/4".

Slip on pipe flanges actually slip over the pipe.SOH flanges are typically machined with an inside diameter slightly larger than the outside diameter of the pipe. Slip on pipe flanges are secured to the pipe with a fillet weld at the top and the bottom of the slip on pipe flanges.
